These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
We will treat each order for goods as an offer by you to purchase the goods subject to these terms & conditions.
Description of Goods
KK Electronics has made every effort to set all the product information on this site including images and specifications. However, these are derived from third party i.e. manufacturers, brochures, Internet etc for description and illustrations only. KK Electronics is not responsible for these images or specifications. Further information can be found on manufacturer's websites.
All the products are subject to availability and can change prior to delivery without notice. If this is the case, you will be notified by phone or email.
We aim to display items which are in stock and which can be dispatched to you quickly. We also display products that will be received into the warehouse within 72 hours, these products will be marked as in stock. Should there be a major delay in providing you with an item we will contact you via Telephone or Email and inform you of the situation. Our staff may offer you an alternative or give you the right to cancel your order immediately with out charge.
All products and prices including special offers are subject to change or discontinuation without notice. Whilst we try to ensure prices and product information is accurate on out website, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders (even if the payment has been charged) for goods that have been advertised at an incorrect price, showing the wrong photograph or description.
If we discover any pricing errors before we process your order, you will be notified immediately with the option to re submit your order at the correct price or cancel the order.
Printing and Pricing errors
We thrive in being very competitive with our prices but should product be listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information from our suppliers, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders listed at the incorrect price whether or not the order has been confirmed.
If your credit card has already been charged and we subsequently cancel your order, we will immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the value of the incorrect price.
All prices on our website are inclusive of VAT and delivery.
We accept most major credit and debit cards; these include Visa, MasterCard and Switch. We will require cardholders full details including name, address and telephone number as registered with credit card issuing bank. Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your order will only be processed once authorization of your credit card has been properly received. Cheque or postal orders are accepted although we cannot despatch the goods until payment has been cleared which can take at least 7-10 working days.
The goods can only be shipped to the billing address of the card holder.
Ordering via telephone
We aim to give the most accurate and up-to-date information available with our telephone orders. We cannot be held responsible for any claim of inaccurate information given during a telephone conversation/order. For specific technical information on a product we advise you to visit the manufacturer's website prior to ordering.
We can deliver nationwide orders within 2 working days on clearance of payment. Normally all orders are dispatched when the order is processed and address verification is complete, any delays in these processes may delay delivery times. Product availability will also have an effect on delivery of a couple of days or longer. In case of a longer delay, you will be notified via email or telephone as soon as possible.
All orders are carefully packed and dispatched and are fully insured against lost or damage. Saturday delivery can be arranged upon request but will incur additional charge.
The delivery drivers will require assistance to take large items from the van to the premises doorstep. Delivery staff are not insured to enter the premises. If you request the assistance of the delivery staff and they agree to help, we are not liable for any accidents that may occur.
We cannot be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery by the 3rd party couriers. If the goods are not delivered within the delivery time which we quote for that item, please contact us by email. We will try and ensure that you receive your order, as quickly as possible. If you then decide to cancel the item a refund will be given less the delivery fee: This applies to all orders without exception. It is the customer's responsibility to sign for the goods from the courier or our own delivery team. If you delegate this responsibility to any other person we will not be liable for any loss or damage of the goods. (This applies to all deliveries without fail).
Failure to be at the premises to take delivery of large items after we have informed of the deliver day, will result in a return delivery fee. You will be contacted to re-arrange. If you then decide to cancel the item a refund will be given less the delivery fee: This applies to all orders without exception.
The manufacturer guarantees all purchases for a period of one year, unless stated, from the date of invoice. This does not apply to faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse, dropping and damage resulting from exposure to sand or water, or if you return the product to our shop without proof of purchase.
If your product should fail within this period, our customer services department will arrange fopr repairs either in your home (for non-portable products in the UK) or by return to the manufacturers authorized service agents.
The customer is responsible for the returning of any goods at their own expense.
For your peace of mind we also offer extended warranties from Domestic & General on all products advertised for a total of 3 or 5 years cover. Warranties and Returns
All goods are covered by a 12 month manufactures warranty. Should the goods become faulty you will need to contact a local authorised repair centre. Please note that although your warranty covers both parts and labour it does not cover delivery and collection of the goods from the repairer and some service centres may charge for this.
If the goods are returned to our warehouse for repairs under warranty, please note that it will be your responsibility for the delivery and collection of goods with applicable charges.
Return of goods no longer required within 7 days Delivery
We understand that for whatever reason,you may not wish to keep the goods that you have ordered from us
In this case,you are entitled to withraw from your contract with us by contacting KK Electronics in writing or email to firstname.lastname@example.org Within 7 days from delivery of the goods. The product must be returned in its original condition with undamaged packaging for a full refund. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of the return of the goods and the goods must be in merchantable condition in its original packaging.The cost of any items damaged or missing will be charged to you directly.
Incorrect or Incomplete orders received by the customer
In the event that the goods you receive from us are incorrect or incomplete, you must notify us in writing by e-mail or fax, within 7 days of receiving the goods. Unfortunately, we cannot accept claims after this time.
Goods damaged in transit to the customer
In the event that the goods you receive from us arrive damaged due to transit, you must notify K.K. Electronics of all damaged items upon receipt of delivery.
The cost of return shipment of damaged goods shall be at the expense of K.K. Electronics.
Non Delivery of items to the customer
If the goods are not received within 5 days of the expected delivery date,Please inform us as soon as Possible by email,Fax or in Writing of the non delivery of the Goods.
Returns of faulty goods within 28 days
If there is a fault with your product, you may return the item within 28 days of delivery for replacement. A request for return must be made in writing as per the section General conditions for returning goods.
We will dispatch a replacement product once the original item has been received and investigated as per your stated fault.
The replacement of products does not apply to faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse, damage resulting from exposure to sand and water or failure to follow the manufacturers instructions
Returns of faulty goods after 28 days
If you experience a fault after 28 days of receiving the product, we will arrange to repair the product free of charge if it is faulty.

General conditions for returning goods
In the event that you wish to return an item back to us due to any of the above reasons, you must adhere to the following instructions and conditions:

The reason for return
In the case of faulty products, the nature of the fault
You may only return your item once we have contacted you to confirm your request for return
All returned goods should include a note with the same details as required for the request for return (a printed copy of your correspondence with us to return the item will suffice)
We strongly recommend that any packages you send back to us, are fully insured and that you ship using a service that can provide a proof of delivery
K.K. Electronics will not be responsible for any items which you send back to us that are lost or damaged in transit
Returned goods must be complete, unused, in 'as new' condition, and must be returned with the original box, packaging and accessories.
Any goods returned to us unused, as new in original box, but incomplete i.e. missing accessories, documentation etc. shall be refunded the full invoice price, less delivery charges and cost of the missing accessory as listed below:

Damaged boxes will not be accepted

The KK Electronics website is 100% secure and authorised by Thawte Server CA. All credit card payments that are accepted are passed through the Thawte Server gateway before being submitted.
We will not email you in the future unless we have your consent, nor will your email address be passed to third parties..
Please be advised that your name and address will be supplied to Domestic & General group of companies for breakdown insurance and other marketing purposes. These terms & conditions do not affect your legal rights and we reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice..
The KK Electronics will not be under any liability whatsoever in the event that the KK Electronics is prevented or delayed from supplying or making delivery of any goods by any reason or cause beyond the KK Electronics control.
